Fred, DH5FS has now arrived Tikehau Atoll. Look out for usual DX cluster spots on CW & FT8. He is there until October 23rd.

  • [OCTOBER 18] – 

Today (Oct 18th) is the last day for Fred being active from Rangiroa. His next stop is Tikehau Atoll (also as FO/DH5FS) with possibly some participation in the WAG (Worked All Germany) contest.

Fred mentions he has arrived on Rangiroa, OC-066. His first job was to get hold of a car battery which turned out to be no problem albeit expensive from the local store. There seems to be some noise at night coming from LED.

Previously QRV as E6FS and FO/DH5FS from Manihi Atoll OC-131, Fred DH5FS has added to his schedule and will also be active from Rangiroa Atoll and Tikehau Atoll (both OC-066) during October 11-23, 2024. As follows:

FO/DH5FS — October 11 to 18 from Rangiroa Atoll, OC-066.
FO/DH5FS — October 18 to 23 from Tikehau Atoll, OC-066.

Activity on 20-10m; FT8 & CW; 100w & wire antennas. QSL via H/c.
